The room was very clean. It made coming back each night enjoyable. The common area is fun and clean.
There was no coffee in the room. The lack of coffee was a little inconvenient.

The staff was helpful and friendly. the hotel's location was convenient. Many restaurants and shops were within walking distance. it was easy to access the public library and gardens. there were also convenient public transit options nearby.
the bar service was lacking, the bartender seemed inattentive. the bar area needed cleaning, with dirty glasses everywhere. the bar was also out of several items like chips and salsa and decaf coffee. i noticed a lack of liquor in some drinks.

The location offered quick access to restaurants and the green line subway. the hotel was modern and very clean. The quiet hallways contributed to a peaceful stay.
the room was quite small, and controlling everything via the ipad was sometimes confusing.

the staff members were available and helpful for any need. i experienced a cute atmosphere. they looked genuinely interested in my well-being and were readily available to assist with inquiries.

The room automation features seemed well implemented! and the bed was indeed comfortable. the room had nice views from the window. the vibe was nice. It didn't feel like a generic hotel.

The hotel is super accessible with the logan express bus from the airport. i found it to be centrally located in back bay. it is near many walkable restaurants and points of interest. The prudential center is also within walking distance.
